* Saturday Afternoon: Continuing to deepen our knowledge and experience of Complete Breathing though specific movements, explanation and breath work. Applying the Four Characteristic Conditions Pranayama. Then introduction to the Pranayama of the Second Series of Yantras: The Four Profound Applications or Rhythmic Breathing. Learning how to begin to apply the Kumbaka hold.
* Sunday Morning: Warming up with breathing and gentle movement. Deepening knowledge of the rhythmic breathing and increasing our capacity for the Kumbaka hold.
* Sunday Afternoon: Increasing capacity and understanding of Rhythmic Breathing and Kumbaka Hold. Beginning training in the visualization of the Pranayama for the Third Series of Yantras: The Secret Breathing for Directing the Prana into the Central Channel.
